Hi I’m Deepanker Koul and this is Reluctant Conservative

Reluctant Conservative is my attempt at discussing Ideas and Concepts in public policy and in the process try to overcome the polarized atmosphere that we are in.

My right leaning friends believe I’m a leftist in disguise while my left leaning friends think I have crossed over to dark side. I want to sidestep this debate and talk about real issues and how to think about them using concepts of Public Policy.

I broadly identify as a progressive, so inspired from The Reluctant Fundamentalist, the label I have chosen for me, is of a Reluctant Conservative.
